Traditional Hatha Yoga
A blend of restorative and traditional Hatha yoga that focuses on gentle postures and mindful breathing. We hold poses longer to allow your body to release tension and your nervous system to shift into rest mode. This is where healing happens and your mind and body can connect, giving yourself permission to slow down and be present.
Duration: 60 minutes
Yoga that feels like coming home
The Vedas describe yoga as the union of breath, body, and mind. Neuroscience confirms what those ancient texts already knew: repetition builds neural pathways, calms your stress response, and creates predictability your brain craves when everything else feels chaotic.

In these traditional hatha classes, you'll move slowly through postures, breathing deeply, holding poses long enough for your nervous system to settle. We repeat variations of the same sequences and focus on form to ensure our posture and breath are aligned.

Each class invites you to go inward, giving you more than just a physical exercise. This will set you up to deepen your practice as you show up more, and you'll feel relaxed but energized on a deeper level.

Hey, I'm Christina!
I've been a digital nomad for over 10 years. I'm grateful for this life, but it's also taught me what happens when you don't slow down and pay attention to your body. I've watched too many remote workers burn out trying to keep up.
.
After practicing yoga for 15+ years, including 6 months total in India and time in Rishikesh, I went to Nepal to complete my 200-hour teacher training in traditional Hatha, Ashtanga, Kundalini, and Tantra Yoga, and I also became certified in Ayurvedic Massage. Yoga is what kept me grounded through all the movement and uncertainty, and I've shared my practice with many throughout my travels.
My classes focus on breath and form, not aesthetic poses. I weave gratitude into almost every practice because it's how we start connecting with ourselves and our deeper meaning. With constant stimulation, especially for remote workers, I know we can all benefit from slowing down and giving gratitude to ourselves and our lives.
Remote workers and digital nomads need tools to regulate our nervous systems, not another highly stimulated workout. When your practice is grounded and consistent, you can improve your focus, your relationships, how you handle stress, the decisions you make, and even what you attract into your life.

Why is this different than most yoga?
It's not. It's just traitional yoga with a modern flair:
Sharpen Your Mind, Empower Your Body: Experience a powerful blend of yoga postures designed to build strength, improve flexibility, and cultivate inner calm. It's traditional yoga with a modern focus on inner peace to unlock states of flow and focus.
Align Mind, Body and Soul: By focusing on your breath (prana), the life force energy believed to connect mind, body, and soul, you'll cultivate inner peace, physical vitality, and a renewed sense of focus. This is the perfect antidote to modern stress, leaving you feeling refreshed and empowered to tackle your day.
Connect with Your Inner Self: Traditional yoga emphasizes connecting with your inner self through prana. The classes guide you in harnessing this energy, fostering a sense of calm and well-being, unlike some modern yoga styles that can inadvertently stress the nervous system. By focusing on mindful movement and breathwork, you'll rediscover the power within and emerge feeling refreshed and connected.
Commit to your practice consistently
Show up for yourself and create discipline by practicing 2 classes per week for a full month. It takes 21 days to form a habit, so this structure is designed to help you actually stick with it.
We have classes starting on the 1st of each month and the 15th of each month.

Need a teacher for your co-living?
I've been living the digital nomad life for 10+ years, so I get the coliving community. I've taught at colivings in Ibiza and have run workshops in Lisbon, where I saw firsthand how much remote workers need grounding practices that fit into their "always on" schedules.
Remote workers in co-livings are juggling irregular schedules, constant stimulation, and trying to balance productivity with actually enjoying where they are. The yoga I teach helps people improve their focus and take a moment to ground, so that they can do it all in a day.
If you're running a coliving and want to offer something that resonates with your community and helps bring a deeper meaning, not just generic fitness classes, let's talk.
